From ideation to fruition—to searching for influencers—to finding production partners—to pre pro documents—to location scouting—to shooting for 12 days on production in Oaxaca, Mexico—to script & edit direction—to supporting photography—to on location creative direction—to web design & social assets—to set direction and build—to the blood, sweat & tears (okay, maybe not blood, but maybe a little from an agave plant poke).

Every traveler experiences a destination in their own way. You may see the same sights and hear the same sounds, but your impressions and feelings are entirely unique.

What if KitchenAid paired creatives—a food blogger and a musician; a chef and a fine artist—and sent them to the same destination on a journey of design discovery?

Trailer: Episode One

Episode 1: Oaxaca, Mexico

Meet Mon Rovia

Meet Ethaney Lee

After an inspiring journey through Oaxaca, we call on design experts at KitchenAid to turn our storytellers’ experiences, affinities and emotions into something physical—stunning kitchen designs.

We’ll bring viewers into the transformation process, encourage them to open their eyes to the inspiration all around and give them the tools, tips and confidence to turn inspiration into reality in their own spaces.

Episode 2 – Coming Soon…
