Designed to Be Personalized

With a relaunch across their main appliance categories with an entirely new product line up, comes a much needed website makeover, new stories, product education, inspiration and bringing the brand content to life to tell the full personalization story.

We launched a new major appliance homepage, all new category landing pages, new launch experiences to tell the new lineup story, and migrated their Stories blog from WordPress to AEM. Their digital presence has gotten an entirely new look this year.

Homepage Relaunch

At the beginning of 2025, KitchenAid decided to separate their major and small appliance digital platforms, since small appliances are global. When that happened, we needed a fresh approach to our major appliance homepage that prioritized our new story for suites.

Introducing the new KitchenAid Line

Along with this separation, the brand was relaunching their priority lineup with a whole new look and feel, finish, product innovations and customization options—putting them neck to neck with their competitors.

Sub-Category Pages Redesign

With the innovative new line-up, we needed to make our large product offering easy to shop and easy for consumers to understand. We went through rounds of strategy, wireframes, and user testing before landing on the final approach—which we then applied and customized across categories.

The Stories that Inspire Us

To be successful in inspiring creativity in the kitchen, we needed to inspire our teams with the tools they’ll need to creatively tell stories without handcuffs. There are many contributors to the content – freelancers, brand partners, influencers, our team, etc. We needed versatile templates to support all different lengths and types of content.
